When will I get my racket back?

The standard turnaround is 48 hours after drop-off, as I string outside of work hours and on weekends. I also offer same-day and 1 hour express services at extra labour cost.

Which string and tension should I choose?

If you’re not sure, we're happy to recommend something that suits your game. As a general guide:

higher tension gives more control, while lower tension offers more power
shaped strings provide more spin, while round strings are better for flat shots.
stiffer string provides more control and spin, while softer string has more power and comfort.
thinner string provides more feel, bite, and can reduce racket swing weight, while thicker string is more durable and increases swing weight.

There are many more variables, especially with hybrid setups. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us :)

Do you string all rackets?

Yes and no. Before stringing, I always check for cracks or damage. If the frame is cracked, the racket will be returned to you as I won’t be able to string it due to the possibility of the racket breaking further when pulling tension..

When do I pay?

Payments are accepted at collection, and not before. This is to ensure you’re happy with the string job upon first inspection.
